    Day 1: 54,6 kg (The workout was soooo hard, I needed to rest way more than I was supposed to….) ~ my abs are nowhere to be seen…. yet

Hi Chloe I know u have heard it gazelian of times but thank u I have seriously noticed huge difference in my body and im not stopping here will continue ur all programmes and for those of u who are just starting their weight loss journey u can totally kill this because if i can then anyone can trust me😂😂😂with healthy diet and positive mindset benifits will multiply by 1000× and 😁❤🙈

    Okay guys this is day 1 and I literally didn't do any workout of them in the right way like her😂, I feel my muscles are burning, in addition, I feel like a 70 yo woman, my back is screaming !!
