  2. Day 1: I was able to do at least one set in everything but the corkscrew and the crunch where you hold it; I expected to not be able to finish the corkscrew, but the hold crunches were surprisingly difficult for me. Anyone got any tips on them?

  4. I'm new to fitness and thanks to your videos I've been able to lose alot of weight. I'm 5'8 I was 265lbs I'm down to 211 now, just by fasting 8/16 and using a 20lb dumbell, I do this 7 days a week because its pretty easy. I've always been a strong guy, I have large hands and feet so I'm just built kinda thick and stocky. Now I've noticed that since I've lost weight I am starting to see an outline of my abs. Like little shadows when I flex, but I still have a pretty large gut. Are some mens abdominal wall just build thicker than others? Because I haven't seen alot fat guys with ab outlines. Just curious what your opinion is, thanks btw for the content

    Day 3: Let's GOOO
    Day 4: Tired but killed it
    Day 5: Sore but did it
    Day 6: Able to do more reps!
    Day 7: Little sleep, still did it
    Day 8: Feeling strong!

  6. I have the program, and how many times a week should a do the 5-7min shuffle ab workouts? I am near 18 percent body fat with some cuts but a tiny bit of love handles on my sides.

  7. Ok I'm going to start this workout and I'll give updates everyday. If anyone is reading and is interested in my "future results", then you need to know that I already do have six pack abs as I do calisthenics but they're not as shredded as I would like them to be, they're covered by a little bit of fat that I will try to lose by eating less and better. I almost never really focussed on abs, but now I think it's something my body is lacking (for doing some movements and also for the looks). Anyway, let's go !
    Day 1: ✅ Already know I can expect results with this workout
    Day 2: ✅
    Day 3: ✅ almost skipped it today, but happy I was able to keep it up
    Day 4: ✅ same as day 3

  8. Day 1: quite hard but I got through most that I can even though it was hard.😎
    Day 2:I'm so sore from yesterday but i pushed through and actually did more than yesterday.😎🙉
    Day 3: I'm sooo sore but was able to do a touch more.
    Day 4: not a sore as yesterday and I was able to do a little bit more.
    Day 5: I was able to do a lot more and really happy with my self
    Day 6:late at night so I didn't do too well
    Day 7: I was able to do it
    Day 8: it was alright
