Hello I'm loving your workouts. I have a question. I am doing a 1600 to 1800 calories intake. Can you build a booty eating in a calorie deficit and in a maintenance. Also how often you do cardio or hitts you have amazing results
Loved this day one done took a lot of breaks but made it through 💕
Day 2: woke up sore but made it through with way less breaks!
Day 3: I made it through way easier did a 25 min walk after. Less sore !
Day 4: rest day did some yoga and a 45 min walk
Day 5: rest day another 45 min walk
Day 6: had some chest pain skipping today
