  2. What are your thoughts about starting a workout with “lighter” exercises (e.g. RDL, goblet squats) and then ending with hip thrusts and squats? Do you think it makes a difference?

  3. There is really nothing exceptional (or even that good) about what she's showing you in this video. At best she's a fitness dilettante. This video is just for her to plug her leggings. She has a naturally nice body, but it's not from working out. In fact, I don't see much definition or tone, which I'n sure you'd see if she wore a pair of short shorts.
