  1. Try tucking your chin in more when you are doing your hip thrusts and lift from the top of your rib cage. This made a huge difference to me and you feel it in your glutes more.

  2. don´t wanna be rude, but I saw that your friend put on some makeup to go to the gym. That´s the worst thing you can do to your skin. Going to gym is already improving your complexion because your body is pushing out bad stuff. But putting make up on is going to makes your face literally eat your makeup. Btw, you´re so inspiring!!!
