  1. This was such a great workout! I loved how each move had a lot of steps so I didn’t get bored of doing the same movement. It also allowed me to use more muscle groups than if it was something simple like 45 seconds of plank, 45 seconds of squats, etc. I really love the vibe of this channel too. The pace and tone are relaxed and everything is explained well. Thanks so much for these videos!

  3. I thought I was in ok shape until I did this workout lol was pretty spent after just one round out of three XD will definitely save and do regularly as a workout to be my progress check! When this one is relatively easy and actually feels ‘beginner’ I’ll be celebrating and so proud of myself!

Also, I love how simple (yet still difficult by round 3) the moves are, it doesn't take me like 2 rewinds to learn the moves! LOL Thanks again girl!!
