    Day 1: after i finished the 2nd exercise i couldn't feel my legs. Half way through the workout my legs were shaking like crazy. My body was sore for the whole day.

    Day 2: i thought i was sore yesterday. Today i cant walk or sit 🤠. However the work out was a little bit easier.

  6. I lost like 20 pounds then gained some weight again and as i lost this battle i need to start again

    Two week progress:

    Day one :sweating but also feeling amazayn ❤️

    Day two : I stretched my muscles yesterday so it was tough. Did it anyway ❤️

    Day three: my thighs hurt so baf but it’s exactly what i needed x

    Day four: i did it in the evening (9pm) but i was tired all the day… But I did it!

    Day five: thongs are not the best to exercise 🤣

Day 1 : I’m on 8:10 in the minutes and my legs feel like jelly I weigh abt 121 after I eat and 119 before I eat I don’t know my measurements but I wanna get a good body before volley ball so I’m strong and I have 5 days till vb and I’m gonna continue be back when I’m done I also am drinking water while the rests but idk if I’m gonna keep doing the leg ones my legs are tired

    day 1👍i finished the workout, it was kind of hard because i don’t usually work out lol. i am kinda unhappy with my body so i’m hoping i can improve with this workout!
