  1. Ok, so i was doing another one of her workouts but i decided to do this one because it was a bit easier for me to do 😂
    I’ll be doing one of her thigh and arm workouts along with this, and i kick the soccer ball around just about every day for at least ten minutes, so maybe that will help? i’m not gonna diet or anything like that, though i might just eat a bit healthier than normal. not totally sure how long i’ll be doing this, but at least for a few weeks.

    Day 1. ✔️ didn’t do the arm workout today because i went rock climbing. great way to start off working out, am i right 😂

    Day 2. ✔️ did it twice!! feels pretty good though my arms are still sore lol

    Day 3. ✔️ haven’t done the arm workout yet, but that’s not rly my biggest priority anyway… tried not to eat as many snacks today, plus I got a leg/arm workout in at ice skating lessons today, but I still did the leg workout anyway.

  2. I’m going to be doing this for 2 weeks!!!

    Day 1: Definitely got tired, but pushed through.
    Day 2: Got a little bit easier and my abs definitely feel sore.

  3. day 1: nice & easy compared to other ones i’ve been doing. will do it everyday until i see results.
    day 2: doneeee + w a diff 5 min workout as well
    day 3: done, enjoyed it.
    day 4: done, getting used to ittttt.
    day 5: had fun

  4. Ok Ima start this- hopefully having to update here will keep me motivated 🙂
    Extra info: I don’t have a flat stomach- I have some fat, also for my diet I’ll just try to stop snacking so much and drink more water.
    Day 1: stopped a few times & was hard but not terrible, I’m not sore!
    Day 2: Did it; wasn’t much easier yet but I feel less bloated 🙂

    day 1: Ive been doing different ab workout throughout April but this one was the most enjoyable!! it burned in my abs a bit at the end!
    MAY 1

    day 2 & 3: hurt my knee at cheerleading so skipped a day since i couldn’t walk, back on tomorrow!!

  6. I really can't roll up my whole upper body, I don't know how to do it I feel lie I'm so weak 😅 Maybe it'll take time, but for now, I can't do it, my abs are too weak 😂 even thought they're actually a little visible

  7. starting today! i am currently dieting while working out. (i cut out carbs and im only eating meats and veggies) im also doing other workouts along with this one!
    day 1: done! wasnt too hard, only 1 of the workouts i was unable to do.
    day 2: done! much easier, i can feel myself getting more flexible

    Day 2: 👍Lovely little workout. If you're reading this comment well done for having the motivation to even find a workout video- you can do this!
    Day 3: Been completely wiped out by a migraine for the past few days but I am back on it. You got this.
