  2. Question for the side planks. I honestly dont know how to do it properly. I cant barely hold myself up for 5 secs like where do you put your weight? I know you have to lift yourself up by your hips. Does it makes a difference if youre wearing shoes? Cause Im doing this bare foot and almost all my weight goes to my footsies it hurts 😭
