  1. I did this challenge Sunday afternoon because i want to fit into my dress by November 6 🙏 so UPDATE::::
    Day 1: it was simple but getting hard at the end but managed to do it, (felt very sore when the day went by)
    Day 2: I was very sore at my sides area and abdomen but managed to complete the challenge so the pain eased off a little.
    Day 3: REST DAY

  3. i have noticed ever since i started your workouts and diets if i eat junkfood, if i'm not productive or if I dont workout i dont feel good like it makes me feel i guess what i mean is thanks

My problem is I work out a lot and I get sore but I love sports and excercise because its fun, so every time i say I’ll take a rest day I end up playing tennis for an hour, doing 4 Chloe Ting workout videos, and biking 4 miles…. I just don’t want to take a break it’s too fun…. but then I’m so sorrreeeeee

    i am in the middle of doing this and i lost motivation and i was tired also so i didn't do today's workout and i saw this and now i have got a good courage to continue and i will resume it.

  6. It's my 13th day of 2week shred Challenge and I was planning to do this 30day flat belly Challenge next.
    I can't thank you enough for making these workout videos. on my first day of working out I can't even finish a 10minute workout but now I can workout for 1hour straight. I feel so much stronger now. And my body loves the feeling of getting tired now. And I feel like my day is not complete without working out.
