  1. Guys this works. I am always bloated so i decided to do this everyday in the morning. Today is day 9 and the results are AMAZING. I didn’t do a diet cuz i didn’t want to lol but i reduced 2 pounds by doing this workout and my stomach is literally toned. It’s still a little bit bloated you can barely see it but it’s not as it used to be. So yeah go do it and thank me later.

  2. Guys, i did this for only 3 days and guess what, my waist has slimmed down 1.9 inches !!! NO KIDDING !!! In the past 5 months i hv tried out Emi ***, **** Ting's, **** Rief's, Lily *** workout but none of them worked for me. Luckily i found out about this video and I've tried it and proved that it worked !!! Definitely recommend this workout ! 👍👍👍 Btw i didnt do a diet.
    For additional info, I'm just 13, if i can do it u guys can definitely do it too👊🤜🤛 !

    Day 1: This is really intense ! Hardest workout I've ever had, but i did it 😁😉
    Day 2: Still hard took some extra breaks too
    Day 3: Starting to see some differences 😆😆😆 So happy ! This is the only workout that works for me
    Day 4: Phew! That was intense! 🥵
    Day 5: I was sick so i skipped 😔
    Day 6: Hard, but still did it.

  3. Hey guys! No one is probably gonna see this but I wanted to do my updates on here to encourage myself to do it everyday 🙂
    Day 1: kinda hard not too too bad tho, had to take a little bit of extra breaks in certain exercises, I'll be back tomorrow:)
    Day 2: got really busy with school and forgot to do it:/
    Day 3: was alot easier than day one, still took a little bit of breaks but not as many as day 1, to be completely honest I think I'm kinda starting to see little results in my stomach:) I'll ba back tomorrow!
    Day 4: today was one of the best days, it felt so good, I didn't take ANY breaks, starting to see some and forming but still looking a bit bloated but it's only the 4th day so wasn't expecting to see alot right now! I'll update tomorrow:)

  4. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now but my stomach is just getting more bloated. I have cut down on fizzy drinks junk food and fast food but nothing is happening. I drink a glass of water and i look pregnant. And i know that it isn't the workout's fault but i feel so sad and i feel like i should just quit and wear baggy clothes for the rest of my life

  5. Why is no one talking about how the first image is relaxed, the second is breathing in & tensing… guys bloating is normal and it will happen regardless….
