  1. My height is around 5.8 to 5.9 and holds the weight of 45 kg body type is too skinny so i think it will be very difficult for me to build up muscles moreover I hope so I will get such type of trainer ☺️

    Me: Nahi, sirf exercise karne chahiye, or cycling
    Everyone: fr kya faida…
    Me: fr height nahi badegi… Agar abhi se gym karenge… 18 ke bad body banani chahiye.
    Abhi sirf exercise karo warna height itne he rehjayegi..

    Edit: example Inko he dekho, inke bade bhai ke height dekho, aur chote ke!!!
