  1. Some exercises is quite impossible for the beginner for the first day at GYM. I suggest do Free arm exercises and stretching top to bottom. No Weight Lifting Above 3kg.

  2. Haa n kuch bhi mtlb. Konsa exercise kitne time lagana kya routine hoga kuch bhi nhi bataya. Konse exercise me kitna weight se start krna kuch bhi nhi. Ikdaam bakwas video hai 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️👿
