  1. So embaressing… today was my first day going to the gym after doing 100% home workouts. I definitely looked like a novice in some aspects. I was doing the deadlift without any weights on the sides, and I did the squats but everytime I did it, I would let go of the bar… I didn't know you were suppose to keep holding onto it…

I played badass piano.. when i was on midichlorian coke.. even… i was just a better player then than i am now.. granted my entire piano career I was on nothing but coffee sometimes… started playing in earnest at 26 or 27… dealing with audible voices… that preceded the silent voice..,by several years.. but.. able 2 sleep.. i had learned.. my sense of form that made piano easy… on… guitar… grinding.. granted I practiced piano quite a bit when i was getting good… the silent voice…. Appeared… in 2019.. in probably.. june or a month close to june… i.. was 28..

  3. However… i caution u.. if ur trying to do feel good.. 5-10 points higher IQ.. fast reacting.. type playing… do amphetamines… two times a week.. once a day.. on the two days.. that u do them…

    Make plays…. Control urself.. and live… judiciously… disciplined

    If you like using amphetamines often.. u may end up being… fatigued….

  4. I also had… a ridiculously… high… mmr… in video games…. Which I would probably.. to an extent.. have… anyways.. but I just happened… to be doing.. amphetamines.. when i got.. really….in.. to… video games

  5. With 1/2 a mind an little practice.. i still play… quite lyrically… but in the past i really felt like anything was possible.. i had.. a very.. advanced sense of form… still probably do to an extent.. i put videos up on my insta

    In my… degraded state of today… maybe.. it would have been better that we all die in the flames of his ambition than live 2 see this.. i mean.. not u guys.. that’s ridiculous.. and not even me.. i still enjoy life… but.. it’s a saying

But .. it’s interesting.. the gods had used drugs against me… but as a slave… my powers had made me… a good student.. i was on scholarship in college… but i had no talents… really… when i wasn’t busy with school.. i was unproductive…. But somehow my powers made me start taking adderall… which made me.. quite grindy in music.. and sometimes i would grind… in this tense… off beat mode after i became tired.. but in that way.. i was still getting work in… and i became quite good… realized.. that if an average ope like me.. worked at something.. had enough time 2 do so.. one could become quite good.. sound… advanced…

    Not u op.. u should do more barefoot workout videos.. or even the male gods.. gremlins if ever there were any… no point in being vindictive.. i hope they get the help they need…

  9. I was ridiculously stiff before my pre covid grind as well.. the gods had been making drugs in my body…. From the midichlorians.. destroying my body… rendering.. most physical activity… unsafe… like being forced to do coke.. and sometimes they made it kind of fun..but then sometimes ur just forced to lay down.. writhing with.. heart palpitations…

My military press sucked on my pre covid grind.. but with a wonky arms in front clean I’ve semi fixed… well I’ve fixed it pretty good.. just need 2 work on flexibility and form.. but pre covid i was cleaning and then pressing 185 for singles.. post covid a month or two ago I cleaned and just messing about.. attempted to press 165.. moved it 6 inches… but couldn’t do it… no word on where I’m at now… but… if i keep grinding reps at 65.. 95.. 115… I should be at or over 185 in no time and then the skies the limit… but like today i was just 15/10/15 reps at 65 pounds way late in my workout for maintenance.. need way more reps.. at everything…
