I’m not doing this because he called me fat, I’m doing this so I can prove him wrong and not be defined by a negative outlook. If I feel good about me then no one can bring me down again ❤️

  4. Battling depression here and gained a LOT of weight. Yes, 45 seconds is a hard push. Yesterday I couldn't do each one at 45 (I still kept moving) and today I DID do the full 45. A little slow on some things and may have wanted to die towards the end but I did it. Not gonna lie I am pretty damn proud of myself 😁 THANK YOU for making this fun and being so encouraging through out! Tomorrow will be a better day ❤

  5. I cant Express how much these workout videos has helped me. I suffer from ADHD and depression and with both of those my depression makes me gain weight and my ADHD sometimes makes me unmotivated. But your videos has helped alot it has put me on a good weekly routine and lm no longer feeling unmotivated. I'm currently weighing at 245 ( 5'7") and l lost about 5 pounds it isnt much but its enough ti make me feel comfortable in my own skin again and makes me want to keep going thank u body project for everything you do 😊😊
