  1. Normally I do this workout and with it I do seven other videos too (not jk) but after my breakup I stopped training and taking care of myself and I gained a lot of weight. I mean I didn't check it on a machine but when I look at the mirror I can see how much I've changed. So I decided to change myself once again and I did this workout today. It was surprisingly hard for me but I'll still try my best. So wish me luck.

I just came along this video trying to find a good ab workout routine.I watched this whole video imagining my self doing all of these..I am quite overweight for my age (I’m 12) and I’m quite embarrassed I saw this video 1 year late,but hey…I have become a new subscriber to this channel…she is so…comfortable? To be around.The encouraging words…I just love the vibes she gives off..I will definitely try this workout for 3 days to see if this is the one…I’m hoping to get in cadets (idk how to explain this uhm…summary; future soldiers training to become a army officer or just a soldier.) I’ll join in 2022 January..I’m excited,but I have to lose weight…good luck to everyone.YOU CAN DO THIS! FIGHTING!
