Reply Normally I do this workout and with it I do seven other videos too (not jk) but after my breakup I stopped training and taking care of myself and I gained a lot of weight. I mean I didn't check it on a machine but when I look at the mirror I can see how much I've changed. So I decided to change myself once again and I did this workout today.
