  1. “You can’t go wrong with the clam shells!” I love you guys. Your videos are excellent! Very clear, professional, fun, and motivating. You’re like the quintessential town docs. 💪😊

  2. Thank you so much for this series, all the episodes are so useful!! Too bad it started right after my hip healed xD From my experience, the key to healing after about 7 months of pain after an injury was indeed strengthening the glutes. When I started seriously working on that, I saw immense improvement.

  3. My question is can a single hip implant survivor operated 5 years back can do Inclined bench press barbell exercise with weights on. I fell the body weight comes on hip joints! Is it true? Please guide me so that I can start doing alternative exercises. Regards

  4. Sir I'm really thankful for all your hip Exercising videos and all those videos in which you illustrate about Hip joints and techniques of workout in a gym

  5. Got any stretches for the "Intercostal Muscle Strains?" Lower right or left side ribs? I don't really see much all across youtube with anyone.

  6. I hope I'm not being disrespectful (5:42) but the table you used for the hip thrust was too high – which meant your form was difficult to achieve correctly. The hip thrust is best done on something that is about couch/sofa height (you can even remove the cushion on the sofa if you aren't very tall). When you come up, your body should look like a table top – i.e. stomach completely flat and 90 degree angle with your knees

  7. Well…. all I can do is the clamshell…. and possibly the advanced clamshell….. the rest… RAHAHAHAHA no. Maybe if I was y’alls size.

  8. When I do the gluteal pumps, I can’t raise the left leg as high. Any way to release the tightness? When I went to the chiropractor and had x rays, I found out my left hip bone is twice as large as my right.

  9. I have knee, hip back and sciatic issues with lots of pain. I had shoulder surgery a year ago. I used to be a gymnast and dancer a lifetime ago loli am 64 yrs old and 50 lbs over weight. I’m trying to lose weight but I have lost most of my muscle mass over the years because of the injuries. I need to get my core strength back up but all the traditional exercises are painful to one part or another. Do you have any suggestions for me to do? I’ve tried Essentrics which is great but I can only do about half of the moves. I have a yoga book for hip and back pain which really helps stretching and being limber. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  10. I just got diagnosed for both inflammation of all shoulder tendons as well as bursitis subacrom. Would love some safe exercices that i could do i still have pain though and that isdespite ice and antiinflammatory meds. Also would love to know your thoughts on injections in this case and wether they are necessary. Love your videos! Thanks for helping us .

  11. I’ve lost 40lbs on keto in the last 6 months and discovered I have no muscle under all that fat. My hips and back hurt now that I’m moving more and I have no butt!! I’m just skin, fat and bone. Thank you

  12. These videos are a true blessing. Through these two wonderful men, I healed myself through the stretching and yoga exercises that they showed. For anyone who has back and lower body pain, please look, listen and learn. Thank you forever Bob and Brad.
