    In India,Arthritis is very common for women.After 50years almost everyone has painful knee.Different clinics cheat the rich and the common man who cannot AFFORD can blame their Fates alone.
    I am amazed to see the way you are showing exercises that can be followed by anybody without any cost.
    This proves no matter what HUMANITY is there in the world and doctors are rightly respected .
    Your sincere efforts to reduce pain makes you a very beautiful person at heart.Remain like this.
    A doctor can help genuinely if she has compassion and love for the ailing.Medical knowledge alone has limited effectiveness.
    You seem to be a TRUE DOCTOR.

    Now for a little advice and help from you.We hardly get time to DO exercises empty stomach.
    CAN YOU PLEASE SUGGEST 5 TO 10 EXERCISES that will take 15mins in the Morning and 15 mins in the evening for HIPS AND KNEES for Arthritic patients,50+ and healthy.
