  1. I started doing this in since 2weeks. I was 53.5kgnow am 50kg 😀 my height is 150cm. My goal is 45kg, need to reduce my pregnancy belly. Will update after I reach my goal.
    I do this exercise once a day.

  2. I dont know my weight exactly but its something around 54-55. I have a huge belly and I wanna get rid of it but I can't workout. So I hope this helps. I'll update on how it goes. You can do it too. We are in this together 🌼

  3. okhay gonna pledge to start from today and not dealying for tomorrow… i will do this at 5 pm daily🙂and from tomorrow i am gonna start to diet and also to start doing yoga and exercises in the morning🥀today date 25 may and i am writing this comment at 03:25 pm😊i will try to update you all about my weight loss… my present weight is 86 kg and i am 17 year old girl😭i feel really ugly about myself as a girl bc nobody likes to be fat ofc😭hope so i will stay motivated in studies and this weight loss both… okay now bye

  5. Started doing from 23 may 2021 Nd trust me the first day i couldn't go longer than 12 minutes . Second day 18 minutes . It for sure increases your stamina in general . And oh the sweating . It's insane
