I dont know my weight exactly but its something around 54-55. I have a huge belly and I wanna get rid of it but I can't workout. So I hope this helps. I'll update on how it goes. You can do it too. We are in this together 🌼

Started doing from 23 may 2021 Nd trust me the first day i couldn't go longer than 12 minutes . Second day 18 minutes . It for sure increases your stamina in general . And oh the sweating . It's insane
