  1. I have a normal blood preassure on a lower sode of normal…and after HIIT i become dizzi, and feel like fainting. This means my bp is too low at that moment (i just started to do cardio) this will pas over time? Should i cool down with some light walking or something to not drop my bp so sudden?

  2. I wanted to watch a 2-3 minute video on high BP. But this 10 min dint feel like 10 mins…..so much clearity now…I can almost explain it to someone else..and ofcourse continue the discontinued cross fit or body weight exercise tht I used to do at home. Thank u very much doctors

  4. From tomorrow I will start taking experience , my BP is 130/100, before it was 140/100 ,150/130(120)
    I was afraid to take exercise thinking it might cause stroke. Thank you very much โค๏ธ
