how come the post-workout meal is only 2,5h later than the pre-work out one given that you don't go into the gym earlier than 1,5-2 hours after the meal?
Amazing how we debunk so many myths over time, too many to mention but the whole cholesterol debate from the 80’s. Fat was the devil for so long and still people think all fats are bad 🤬 Great video as always 👍

I was skeptic about Agoge Diet because I thought that I would have to eat only broccoli to lose weight. I am eating only food I like and still losing weight.
I respect your knowledge base but you have to admit if that’s as much progress as you made in 10 years you were doing some things wrong for sure. That should have been easy in 5 years even as a natural bodybuilder

Diet is the majority of all muscle building, you just can't ignore it. I had amazing success with the Agoge Diet plan. Would recommend it to anyone!
