  1. What's up Fitness Fam🧑 I know many of you are still sticking to your at home workouts, but I know some would like to start back in the gym because honestly the gym vibes are just unmatched. So here's an easy routine you can do, for beginners or for those who are just returning back in to the gym. I forgot to write out the workout in the video so here's the breakdown of reps and sets:

    FULL WORKOUT:
    Activation exercises:
    Pulse donkey kicks: 12,12,12 (for each leg)
    Circles: 10,10,10 (for each leg)

    Workout:
    Hip Thrust: 10,10,10
    Single leg hip thrust: 5,5,5 (for each leg)

    Cable pull through: 12,12,12

    Seated abductions: 14,14,14

    Cable kickbacks: 12,12,10,10 (for each leg)
