So for anyone who is clicking on this video and sees this comment I just want to let you know that Iโve been working out for the past 2 to 3 months now and I started the day after Christmas of 2020 I was 210 pounds and now I weigh about 184 to those who think losing weight is really hard itโs all in your head just do it took me a while to realize it I just go on here to look up some tips and tricks a better work out so I can perform… My goal weight to be 175

I love this app work out Iโve been doing this for a year now I always feel good and it motivates me itโs a good warm up work out to get pump up
