So for anyone who is clicking on this video and sees this comment I just want to let you know that Iโ€™ve been working out for the past 2 to 3 months now and I started the day after Christmas of 2020 I was 210 pounds and now I weigh about 184 to those who think losing weight is really hard itโ€™s all in your head just do it took me a while to realize it I just go on here to look up some tips and tricks a better work out so I can perform… My goal weight to be 175
