guyssss, i have something to say. so i started doing these workouts when i had massive hipdips..and the one on the right was worse than the one on the left(hope that makes sense) anyway, i haven't really been consistent…but there has been a change in my bum. my issue is, my one bum is looking fuller than the other. send help

I used to do competitive gymnastics but life got crazy and I haven’t worked out in a little over a year. I didn’t realize quite how downhill my strength had gone, and I had to take soo many breaks, but shit it felt good to get moving again.
Well shit i got those rubber kinds and hell they keep rolling up and i get bruised on my thighs. They also keep on rolling up so i cant keep going. Does somebody have tips for this kind of bands?
starting today i will do this with daisy keech bubble butt workout for 1 week i hope i see the progress we got this guyss!!! 1.✅ 2.✅ my legs not shaking like yesterday lol 3.✅ i am not finish the full workout but did with daisy keech

Only did 13 mins cuz I don’t wanna overdo it but wow what a good booty workout
my second day doing this workout , did it quicker than the first day but felt more of a burn. doing this every other day for a month 😃
do you do 2 reps or just 1?

Is it okay to do more than 1 set ? Like at least 2 or 3
This workout was too intense for 10 second breaks, we needed 20 the least. I do this every other day so I'm definitely feeling the burn! 🔥
