    Day 6-✅was a bit harder than usual because I used ankle weights and resistant band but I can definitely notice a difference

  4. 14 jours d'exercice sans repos je trouve que c'est trop il faudra que le muscle se repose sinon vous n'aurez aucun resultat

    14 days of exercise i think its too much, the muscle will have to rest otherwise you will have no results
