  1. I'm at 36 min. & I wish I could but I can't listen anymore. Too much info., too many details, too many side roads. My mind just stopped hearing. Thank you for sharing though.

  2. Dr. Fung's down to earth approach to all the things that messed up my metabolism for decades changed my life. Thanks to him, I reached a healthy weight after losing 105 pounds by fasting and eating a low-carb lifestyle. Thanks again, Dr. Fung!

  3. I didn’t know that there are many people here in the comment section that does the same thing like I do for losing weight. I only eat a 1 full meal in the morning, then drink lots of water the rest of the day. It was very effective for me, and i only have 1 cheat day per week. From 111 kg to 96 in just 8 weeks. No intense workout, Just keeping my body busy by cleaning the house. I think it’s better than water fasting, the reason is you can still eat what you like everyday in the morning.

  4. Thank God, Allah and Buddha for you! Something finally makes sense to me about Type II Diabetes, fasting and how it all works together. You explain it very well , in very good simple layman’s terms!

  5. i hope i can get a good dr. next yr. the one i have just keeps pushing meds at me, and sending me to all the insurance thing. oh, you need to go to ophthalmologist, because i tested type 2. but my a1c is down to 5.6. now because i have been doing keto & if. he says oh no you still diabetic. and i've lost 40 lbs so far. i have many food allergies but i know that will improve doing this.

  6. It works for me. I had type 2 diabetes and I took out sugar and bread ,and all starches and All packaged food., but ate meat , eggs and fasted . I lost 38 lbs. and my blood sugar isn’t even in the pre diabetes range, I got rid of my diabetes with no trouble, my triglycerides are low but my Dr. wants me to take a statin because my LDL did go up a bit.. what do I tell her???????

  7. I disagree with him. It's a numbers game. I weighed 200 pounds, 2 years ago. I'm 5:10 inches tall. I cut calories everyday . My weight now is 166 pounds. 36 inch waist to 32 inch waist. I look good and feel good. I also take supplements. I am going to fast twice a month. That will save me about 5000 calories a month. Will lose near 2 pounds per month on average through the fast. I want to see what happens. You have to practice the game everyday. I also exercise. Good video from Sacramento
