  2. How many time should i practice per day? Since maybe noone rep this cmt, i'll do this once per day as i'm still a student and gonna join in university exam next month (after the exam i'll do twice per day). Today is 7/6/2021, my weight is 49kg, i'll update everyday til the next 2 weeks. Let's see the result, i believe in Chloe Ting power 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

  3. Im reaching day-4 with 2 days off because i cannot move my leg🤣

    And this is my second training (day1 and day4) its like easier than before. I hope this can shred me 2 kgs in 2 weeks💪🏻

    And i will keep doing this until i get my goal weight
    No diet (just eat what you want but control)
    Always drink mineral water ; atleast 8 cup in 1 day

  5. Day 1: I managed to complete sets 1 and 3 (more or less) but set 2 was a disaster for some reason, I barely managed to do any of it! 😀 It's so motivating to read all the comments, thank you guys!

  6. I’m doing this for 2 weeks starting on the 19th bc that’s when school ends and I’ll be updating my weight and updating my weight on day 7. Atm I’ve been doing omad and idk how much I weigh rn but when I started (last Friday) I was 182.4

  7. Okay, I am starting the shred challenge right now and honestly, I think this will be the death of me lol. I took some pictures, weight myself (WELP OVERWEIGHT JUST I HAVE THOUGHT) and took measurements. For the next two weeks I will eat in my deficit and try to eat as healthy as possible, with drinking 3l of water (I know it may be a lot for some people, but I am not only fat but also in love with water, my favourite drink).
    Day 1: Will start in a moment I'm gonna cry
    OKAY, DONE AND I MEAN LIKE I AM DONE WITH MYSELF LMAO – I was so proud of myself because I have done the first workout without any stopping or additional breaks but wellllll… There comes the abs workout and it almost made me doubt everytihing that I have achieved in my life lol. But still – I have completed this shit!

  8. Okay here are my updates:
    Day 1 – Taking a pause after set 2. I have unstable, dislocating knees and they did not like the burpees. Sweating and loving it though! Managed to complete the whole workout, skipped a few that my knees couldn't handle and was def slowing down by then end.

  9. Hey so I tried your 2 weeks shred challenges do this is my second time doing it and I saw the difference so I typed my progress in the notes and here is how it went :-
    Day 01 – the EXERSICE was sooo tiring I took more breaks since I did it after a long time

    Day 02 – it was the same as day 01 I drank a lotta of water and felt heavy

    Day 03 – the workout was easy, except for in and out, I did the others.

    Day 04 – the workout was getting easier and easier but for burpees I always did the low impact workout

    Day 05 – RESSTTTT

    Day 06 – the workout was good and I even did extra of them! I love the lower body burn workout

    Day 07 – I’m so lazy, since it was raining and windy but I never wanted to give up I still worked out yawning 🥲

    Day 08 – yayy the workout was sooo east but I skipped the Ariana grande workout 🥲

    Day 09 – RESTTTT AGAIN

    Day 10 – I took test again

    Day 11 – I did the the day 10 workout! And it was just so easy but yet, I still couldn’t do burpees and side planks 😣

    Day 12 :- (this is day 11’s workout) it’s more easier

    Day 13 :- I did the workout and I’m soo tired!

    I’m so fed up, and almost gave up I’m so lazy I didn’t want to do the next 2 days so I measured my self.

    I lost 1.5 inches on my waist, 1 inch from my thighs and

    And I said I did it twice, so the last time I did I was so determined, so I lost 6 inches from my waist. And I only did it for 7 days !!!!! I didn’t continue cause I passed out, because I did not take in proper food.

  10. i've been doing this workout using the 21-day lean arm program, ill try to update regularly 🙂
    day 1: it was really hard, I had to take so many breaks because too but nonetheless i finished
    day 2: i woke up to my body feeling sore af. it was hard to complete all the workouts and i still took some breaks. also, remember to do warmup and cooldown exercises if you guys have time !
