Idk what it is yeah, but they way Chris’ voice is and how he delivers instructions and explains reminds me a bit of how XXXTENTACION did. Which makes him easy to listen to, just the way I found X’s voice easy and comforting to listen to. loool just thought I’d point that out 😄
Can you recommend a substitutions for the leg flutters and in-and-outs? I find these aggravate my hip issues. Especially the jumping with the in-and-outs. Thanks!!

I'm 15 and I'm doing this challenge. at first I thought I can to this routine 2 times a day. When I tried it I sweat a lot. I'm still beginner but I will do my best to get abs. I can't even Last the legs down hold, flutters and crucifix but I didn't give up. I'm doing this for my crush my elementary crush when I have already an abs I will try to learn guitar to Serenade him. I will keep updating you guys on how far I progress
