  3. 💎AND DONE💎 it was absolutely very very hard to do squat walks and squat pulses after hamstring lifts ! Such burn in those glutes and hamstrings, feeling was indescribable 🥵😅 kept on thinking that it's just 40 sec+ 20 sec ! Such an amazing workout session 💓💓💓thank you Caroline 💎🏆💎💚
