i kind off fell off the skedual the past few days. Work has been killing my knees and back, and my elbow is strained. But I'm getting back into it right now! i am not quitting. I know I well get back into the swing if I just start again. Wish me luck, everyone! i need it…
💎AND DONE💎 it was absolutely very very hard to do squat walks and squat pulses after hamstring lifts ! Such burn in those glutes and hamstrings, feeling was indescribable 🥵😅 kept on thinking that it's just 40 sec+ 20 sec ! Such an amazing workout session 💓💓💓thank you Caroline 💎🏆💎💚
I have tried so many glute and hamstring workouts but this is by far the best. The hamstrings at the end are killers in a good way and I’m finally starting to see some booty progress!
I literally can’t feel my legs after this workout. Good thing I still survived. 💪🏻🦵🏻

I was thinking that hamstring one at the end you could do with your feet elevated on a block or book too. Thanks I'm toast now x
