  1. Hi Caroline I hope that you doing fine you and your loved ones. I’m your big fun but I never wrote any comment until today, I need to said a big thank you for what you did to me I was 85 kg when I start doing your exercises on May and with your training on YouTube I’m now 69.5 kg I’m so happy that I found you on YouTube you’re like gift send to me because I was battling with my weight and until you come into my life. And a big thanks to the community because I always read the comments but not write anything so some comments help me too big love from Italy

  2. Thanks for adding that booping sound to the stretching in the end, so we know when you change to another position 🙂 in the previous workouts i was like laying on my back and checking the screen every second so i don't miss changing position.. and great workout!! now i just wanna die of exhaustion 👍❤︎

  3. I felt more tips on the hip thrusts would have been helpful. I was doing improper technique and 1minute 45 seconds made my lower back ache a bit. I quit the video and did some online research for correct form advice. I was going down too low.

  4. There was a small voice in my head telling me 'give up, you can do this another day' but I couldn't give up. I didn't want to. Hip thrusts were better than last time. I've found that my thighs, just above my knees burns easily when doing hip thrusts. Thanks Caroline for this amazing workout program! I feel like I'm going to be a different person by the end of it. For now, not feeling very motivated for some reason, but I shall keep going!

  5. Great workout! Stairs will be difficult for awhile. Lol I love the no talking during your workouts. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to listen to a trainer go on and on like they do. Your production is simple and understandable but the workouts are kick a$$!

  7. I’ve made it this far and have really enjoyed these workouts so far! However I am now experiencing knee pain. Do I just need to rest for a bit? Or is this type if workout just not suited for me for the long term?
