I've been doing the HIIT w/o's as well but wanted to ask you how often do you run in conjunction to the program? I'm looking to shed additional fat and am 52 so looking possibly starting up some running or cycling. Would love your thoughts. Thanks.
Still got a niggle in my shoulder so circling back around 5 days left in epic heat but may take me 10 to complete just making sure I don't aggravate anything! But if the day ever comes where Caroline takes on other ventures and doesn't upload daily I am so excited to redo epic 1 and 2 and even heat again so much choice spoilt x I can't believe the improvement on my hamstrings hell yeah xx
Sorry for doubting this workout,no repeat glute didnβt think it would be effective!You proved me wrong! Different exercises targeting the same muscle! Yep! the booty pump was real!
