I think there are 3 workouts here at first I thought there was one long one and a short class 'in a hurry' but theres another at the end which ends very abruptly – I wonder could you do another one, which is a bit more organised as I love it! First time I've really fired those muscles even though I've been doing yoga and pilates for ages!

  3. Started exercising during Quarentine, this is by far my favorite video. It really opened my eyes, I have not been paying enough attention to my abs while doing aerobics or any exercise for that matter. She explains everything and her words and moves will be sticking with me for a long time. I have found myself doing some of this while walking around haha.

  4. It would be best to have the cool down at the end of the video instead of the middle. Also, a longer workout instead of the bringing on different ones and repeating part of it would be easier to follow to have smother transitions. Great workout overall!
