    I’m the coach for my CCV 3rd/4th Grade boys soccer team and the boys decided to name our team “The Bisons” after they saw your message at our church in AZ.

  3. Thank you Director of Mayhem Mission! Not all of us are RX at helmeted and or have the necessary equipment to try scaled.

    I also appreciate the warm up and cool down tips. Others offering tips just focus on the RX. I get it but not all of us are at that level. I feel seen!

  4. Team… Read from the HQ: • The athlete must lift the dumbbell overhead in one
    motion. A clean and jerk is not allowed. But, like Rich stated, it doesn't mention Power SNatch, so it appears to be ok….. for now
