okay, guys today we’re gonna do a high-intensity interval. yeah! I’m ready, let’s! Do it! In my opinion, my intensive interval is the best way to burn calories to lose there.

So today my video is about the warmup. We have 4 30 seconds on no break in between then we have 8 with 45 seconds on 15 seconds off and then we’re gonna have a short obsession so guys I’m ready.
