  1. I just did it with you while playing your vid. I just hope that there will be a description/instruction/caption for each exercises, like do i raise my legs up and down or is it a circular motion? Etc. Or maybe the bed sheets should not be of the same color as your pants so the movement can be clearly seen. I hope i did it all right. 😅Overall i love the minimalist vibe of your vid. 🤍🤍🤍

  2. Can anyone tell me if this worked for them? Also tell me if u lost weight bc unlike other ppl instead I want to GAIN weight bc I have a fast metabolism and I’m underweight
