  3. Not hating, but her behind is enhanced. She has no muscle tone (only in her stomach) with some mini kim kardashian on her back that doesn't match her thighs. I get tired of Youtube people telling lies about their body.

  5. those are not squats… those are "knee bends", a squat only counts if you go below parallel – as in the crease of your hip goes below your knees. Bodyweight squats do not do much for you either. They are simply cardio as is the whole "workout" in this video. If you want to "tone up" (which isnt really a thing cause you need to either gain muscle mass OR lose fat in general), barbell/ weighted back squats with correct form would be far more beneficial
