I was curious about how many calories I was burning skateboarding as I was losing a significant amount of weight over the course of a month. I dropped 5kg or 12 pounds in weight and I think it is due to skateboarding.
I will track my activity using the Garmin forerunner 235. it will track my activity using movement, gps and heart rate.
I recommend that you all get fit by skating. #GetSkateFit
