    For beginners, what should be the ideal weight of dumbells for this exercise? and initially can we do lesser number of circuit?

    I'm a beginner and using 8kg (17.63pounds) and honestly exhausted after 1 complete circuit. Currently trying to get upto two.

  3. hi please make a training video at home so that the man has a good body and for better sex, 30 minutes duration so i watch and follow the movement for 30 minutes. your video is too short i want to watch the video while following the move.
