This workout was Fantastic! But not for the weak minded!! I’ve been on a 6 wk journey of working my lower body pretty good, and thought I’d give this brutal butt workout a try. And they are right to use the word brutal! My hamstrings were sore & in pain for 5 days after this workout! The moves really targeted my butt, and every angle of the hamstrings you can imagine. I’m currently doing another program I want to complete, but then I will incorporate this brutal butt workout into my routine every single week! I definitely recommend!!
