Love it I've lost 2stones doing your hit workout 23min and palites yoga mix now doing this once a week or twice still have 10lb to loose then would lost 3 stone might lose a another stone after the 3 stone so I can be 10st 💃🏾 or might stay at 11st deepens on how I look weight wise want to be size 12 and ten only not smaller.

  2. OMG! This workout was Fantastic! But not for the weak minded!! I’ve been on a 6 wk journey of working my lower body pretty good, and thought I’d give this brutal butt workout a try. And they are right to use the word brutal! My hamstrings were sore & in pain for 5 days after this workout! The moves really targeted my butt, and every angle of the hamstrings you can imagine. I’m currently doing another program I want to complete, but then I will incorporate this brutal butt workout into my routine every single week! I definitely recommend!!

  3. I only have 1 pound of weights and that's 5 lbs dumbbells and that's its still heavy for me but aye it work's im all ready at 13 minutes and 45 seconds to the video my goal its to try this whole 30 minutes pray for me .🤦🏽🙏🏼

    I've been doing booty workouts with weights for about two weeks consistently now and my left butt cheeks aren't activating as strongly/noticeably as the right ones. I'm worried I'm building a lopsided butt! What should I do??

I’ve been using your videos since 2014, and not only are your workouts awesome, with a wide variety of videos, I luv that I can count on your videos to give me a good workout, but the video is working out. So many videos the girls want to do a tell all video of what they read or learned that day and stair at themselves in their camera as they talk and do half ass workouts, on 1 side of their body, as if they hope to be discovered? It’s not all, but more than not. You know your stuff and can say it if need during a workout, but for those who want to know more, u have separate videos that are educational for those who are still learning. So thank you! Your awesome!!

  7. finished this workout but dumbbells i had were maximum 14kilos , i will buy complete equipment so i can match with your weight kelly, even finishing the last part of jump squats didnt stress me out, time to add more weight

  8. Oh wow, next day you can definitely tell the workout is effective. I specifically feel it in my glutes, quads and hamstrings. I think the variations in the foot position during deadlifts was interesting. Give it a go!

  10. This was a good workout! Not too difficult and not too easy either. For some reason when I do deadlifts and the variations I always feel it more in one leg than the other. Am I standing unbalanced or something? Or is it because one leg is more flexible/strong than the other? Not sure…
