Hi joe. Just want to say ty to you I’ve been doing this workout for a few months now. As I hit a wall in my life and needed a focus I do it exactly as you do bar changing one set of push-ups to a set of sit ups and sometimes add burpys as the finale. I was over 16 stone 2 months ago I’m not weighing under 14 nearly 13 and a half now. I walk 15-20 k a day in weekdays and eat mostly scrambled egg and one meal in night. A lot of chicken and rice but do occasionally dip in to a treat or have a naughty day. Not only have your workouts made me a more healthy and active person but they have also helped me with my mental health in a big way making me feel more confident in myself and a more positive mental attitude. You always motivate me to work harder and believe in myself so thanks again joe I appreciate ya 🙌❤️👌😎💯🔥💪
Was a bit urgh on a Sunday morning. Just did this and I'm raring to go now! Always a motivator hearing you puffing and blowing Joe! Going to stick on an abs finisher and glutes finisher…. And let's do Sunday! 👊🏼

Hey Joe it's really worth watching your videos because of it's simplicity and variety of exercised for specific goals. I'm thinking of pursuing my fitness majors as a masters program. How do I get the certificates and become official trainer. In India I hardly came across any such thing.
