Hey Lilly. Just thought I'd let you know that you rock!! I started my fitness journey about a month and a half ago and found you through Linda sun and wow. Just wow. I started with your hiit workouts which I do 3 days a week but I decided today to instead of working my glutes alone I did both this exercise video and your butt lift video one after the other and my butt was burrrrning. So good. Thank you so much.
Hai lilly I tried your all booty workout but all of them having similar exercise like lunges , squats and bridges . Please do on a booty workout not having mentioned above exercises.

This workout was great! I have been working out for 13 years and I started getting bored of the same old thing. This was different and fun. I just subscribed thank you Lilly!
I did an ab one and this one today, the first time I have ever done a Lilly sabri workout and omg, I never thought I would say I enjoyed a workout. I’ve ditched my attitude of working out to loose weight, burn calories and instead am working out to feel stronger and this workout has honestly made me feel so so amazing. I can’t thank you enough!! I hope I can keep this attitude up 🙂

Day 1: DONE! I did it twice and I feel like dying, the burn is killing me
