  1. Hey everyone! 🤗 I feel like gut health has become a pretty sexy topic with lots of products claiming to promote it and lots of ideas on how to take care of it, so I wanted to know exactly what leading scientists can really say with confidence and what’s still a big question mark where all we have is theory ❤️

  2. There's a fair bit of studying about a diet based on your ancestors, based mostly on a continental diet, European, African, Asian etc… We have a lot of food in our diet that didn't even exist 100 years ago, or not eat because of it being from another continent. Harder to do if you're mixed race I guess.. Eat in-season fruit and veg rather than worldly foods etc 😍

  3. It's still shock me just how lots of people do not know about Okibetonic Secrets (google search it) despite the fact that lots of people lost a lot of weight with it. Thanks to my pal who told me about this. I have lost tons of fat.

  4. I also use water enemas for detoxing, fitness, health, wellness, bloating, digestion, fat loss and mental health. We are exposed to many toxic chemicals that cause diseases and illnesses.

  5. What is the best product or brand to lost crazy amounts of fat? I read lots of great reviews on the internet about how exactly Okibetonic Secrets can assist you lost tons of fat. Has anyone tried using this popular lose weight diet plan?

  6. I read many superb reviews on the net about how Okibetonic Secrets can help you lost a ton of weight. Has anyone tested out this popular weight loss diet plan?

  7. I did the fodmap diet after being advised to by my G.I. and it helped me a lot. However, I feel like there is a lot of improvement I still need.

  8. Hey Natacha! 😊 I’m pretty much binge watching your videos because I love how you support everything with science! but I was wondering if you knew anything about runners stomach and if this is linked somewhat to gut health? I’ve been trying to do extensive research, but I feel like I don’t know much about it and I don’t really see any scientific proof. But just thought I should ask in case you knew anything! 🙂

  9. I loved this thank you. Everyone comments on my stomach at the moment as I look 6 months pregnant. I've got two kids, am coeliac and have fodmaps sensitivity. Probiotics don't help me, and restrictive diets, beyond some of the fodmaps, don't help long term either. I'm so sick of people telling me 'just do this' or blah blah etc. It's nice to hear someone talking about it from an actual science perspective. Thank you

  10. Dairy was the issue for me. Its rare that I get bloating or discomfort now. I felt so much better after giving up dairy that I can't imagine eating dairy again.

  11. Hello everybody, first of all I would like to tell you that loosing weight is a long process and if you want results to be permanent you will have to change your lifestyle. The first thing that you should do is to start doing some sort of exercise and in the same time to eat proper food and quit all the junk food and the carbonated/sweetened drinks. You can drink as much water as you want, because don't forget that our bodies are composed from up to 70% water 🙂, and from time to time you can have in your diet some smoothies. On my road to the desired weight I had my ups and downs and I also tried many different things to accelerate my weight loss, but eventually in time and with patience, I found the way that worked best for me, I continued training & I replaced one of my meals (breakfast or dinner) with a healthy smoothie. I posted on my page some of my preferred smoothie recipes and some personal experiences I encountered during my weight losing process, you can find them here: https://sites.google.com/view/5-smoothies-to-lose-weight/home

    I hope you will enjoy!

  12. As someone who got a c.diff infection after taking antibiotics this is great info! C.Diff can happen when the good bacteria is killed off and c.diff takes over, it’s not fun! It took me months to get my gut kinda back to normal, I still have bad days. Thanks for all your hard work!

  13. I’d love to see a part two of this where you update us on any new studies or info that has come to light as I found this one really interesting 🙂

  14. This is definitely one of the best videos in regards to gut and our overall health but just one note about the serotonin production within our GI tract. Yes 90% of the serotonin in our body is produced within our gut but the main purpose of the concentration of this is for digestion regulation and not necessarily a correlation to how happy we feel. However, she made a wonderful point of saying that we really don't know the full extent of the brain gut connection.
