  1. Did I mess up the workout if I took small breaks in between the 100 squats?

    I needed support to do the reverse lunges. After that I couldn't feel my so I didn't complete the side lunges.
    I am doing it again tomorrow, but will the workout not be effective because I did not do it all the way??
