  7. i genuinely cannot do the side abductions bc it feels like my tail bone is breaking LMAO it hurts so bad and only on that workout and i have no idea why and idk if that’s normal or not

  8. I'm an introvert too.. so I'm not effected either… As for food I've been eating the same thing everyday.. banana oatmeal with chia, almonds, raisins, strawberries and peanut butter. Soooooo good. Love your workouts. I do them everyday!
