I've got a question, so many people said that 10 min is not enough… And some people said yes. What do you think, is fine if I workout 10 min o more? Which is the max that you can do the workout?
Wow thanks for sharing I’ve been always at the gym and I stop going since where I live there is a lot of cases of covid 😩and I have kids so I decide to not go back to the gym this year I did all your workouts 25 reps *4 and omg I can’t Walk thank you!!!!

i genuinely cannot do the side abductions bc it feels like my tail bone is breaking LMAO it hurts so bad and only on that workout and i have no idea why and idk if that’s normal or not
I'm an introvert too.. so I'm not effected either… As for food I've been eating the same thing everyday.. banana oatmeal with chia, almonds, raisins, strawberries and peanut butter. Soooooo good. Love your workouts. I do them everyday!

Okay before I start doing this workout I have a question will it not affect me if I don't have an ankle weight?

i did this workout once and i couldnt walk for 5 days, and this whole workout took me 2 hours is it okay to workout that long?
