  5. I just started working out again after a solid year of not doing much. My endurance is so awful now !! I’m out of breath after only three workouts and I’m only using a 15 lb weight. Do u know any quick ways too build endurance (besides running) or will I just hav to wait for it to get easier over time? Thank you love your videos so much!!💞
