  2. i fractured two ribs from skateboarding about 6 weeks ago and the docter told me that i could start skateboarding again two weeks ago but recently i developed pain in my mid/lower back whenever I jump. I am just trying to power through it and keep skateboarding and also doing abs exercises. Do you know if I should rest it and start skateboarding again after i recover or can I keep doing what i’m doing.

    I do want to have a flat tummy.are this exercises best for me

  6. Thank you , these will help , I've been dealing with this stenosis since grade school , I'm now 66 and nobody took me seriously , although I did get disability because of it but no one offered PT or at home exercises !!!!I felt and heard things moving , in a good way, as I rolled my pelvis.
