Reply As someone who suffers from a lot of back pain, these exercises are great. Thank you! I have been researching the ab mat. Is this a product you would recommend using? Reply I have had 5 low back surgeries and 4 neck….I would've loved to have you guys as my physical therapist…..I still suffer stiffness…..in my back Reply Nearly 4 minutes of waffling.. Get to the point ffs Reply Aw, these guys are so sweet, thanks guys!! 😆 Reply Is there a link for the Mat you are using in this Video? Reply XxXx Brad and I have been having back pain for over 15 years Reply Y'all talk about spinal stenosis a lot. What is a realistic expectation with the PT you recommend. What % of folks can, for instance, walk a mile painfree? I'm 65 and doing PT but making really slow walking progress. Reply Brad your glasses!!!! Why bob why!! Reply I was diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis a few months ago, and was devastated by the thought of pain for the rest of my life. You guys have helped me so much, and have been the best at giving me hope. Thank you for all you do! Reply Would these exercises be suitable for a person who was born with spinabifida as a kid but have had surgeries on the back too? Reply You guys give great advice; your grammar needs some attention. A person lies down, NOT lays down. Go back and study up on your English usage. Reply Could you address the information Stuart McGill presents regarding back pain versus the information in the video? It seems there's conflicting opinions regarding rotational crunches, crunches in general and strengthening hip flexors versus stability exercises (McGill). The research is pretty clear and experience as a chiropractor tells me that forced flexion and rotation isn't good for discs. Just curious what your thoughts are. Thank you. Reply You two are too funny…so naturally too, without trying to be. thank you for another great and helpful video and for making us laugh more…i love that. Reply Seriously thank you so much for all the videos you post! I went from not being able to walk to walking to only being able to workout in the pool to now being able to work 7 days a week pain free with your advice! A million thanks! Seriously I thought I was going to need surgery! Patience is key everyone stay strong slowly but surely your body will start to heal Reply Love you guys! 👍🏻👌🏻😊 Reply Hey i had a posterior Shoulder Dislocation and the doctor suggested surgery ? Is surgery really required ? My surgery is planned on Wednesday. Plz reply earlier if can helpThanks Reply Can you make a video about good exercises for people who suffers from Bechterews disease? I would be very happy! Thanks for amazing videos! Reply A strong core helps keep the back in check! Reply Whoa, Bob is on fire today! Working so 'blue'! 😆 Reply Next week Brad demonstrates the exercises while not wearing pants and in a weightless condition… 🤤👖👀 Reply I am a software engineer from India. Thanks for the exercises. It helped me a lot. I have a question. Why my right shoulder clicks and I have problem in rotating it and touching my back. While with left shoulder I can do it easily. I have seen many docs did xrays but didn't find solution. Pain goes away and comes back after few months Reply Keep up the great videos guys 👍👍👍👍👍 very good advise Kieran 🇨🇮🇨🇮🇨🇮🇨🇮 Reply Perfect video/channel for me right now. Lumbar disc issues, 4o degree scoliosis, spinal stenosis and so on. In December my fiancé died a traumatic death and honestly I’m just now able to get out of bed and stay out of it for most of the day. (I’m “disabled” and have been dealing with my back and some mental challenges for decades) My life has been hard since birth and I’m a A+ fighter, but for the first time I turned to food for comfort during these past 7 months. A lot of it and all of it the bad kind. Needless to say, I’ve got some work to do on my core. The worst thing I could have done to myself I did. It’s incredible what fake food chemicals to to the entire body. Anyway, I’m shaking this off and searching YouTube for help and found y’all. WHAT A BLESSING – I just want to say thank you. Reply haha, in the UK pants are your underwear, thought Brad was going commando til you clarified 😀 Reply I love that exercises much better than the planks!! Reply Love this one❤ Reply You guys crack me up but thanks for the great instruction! Reply Are they ok for us with herniated disc ? Thank you. If they are not can you show us some? Reply Yes! Thank you! I was wondering about this and literally the next day you guys upload this video. Reply Can you make a video on bruised ankle rehab? I can only find sprained ankle rehab and fractured Reply Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
