Thank u so much for this Naomi, I used the gym equipment for the firs time today and it wasnt as bad as I thought although my arms really struggling to complete the chest press machines reminded me how pathetically untoned my arms were lol. I used your how to use gym equipment video to adjust everything!!

  8. What would be the difference if you were to take a 30 second rest instead of a 60 second rest when starting a new set? I’m a newbie in the gym and I don’t want to look clueless even though I am 😅 your videos are helping SO MUCH

  10. I'm going back to the gym tomorrow morning after 7 years. I've had my son two years ago and I'm the happiest I've ever been. With the pandemic it has caused me to push my fitness journey to the side. I could have easily done at home workouts but I thought I'd knowing myself doing workouts in the comfort of my own home just gives me the free will say I will do it tomorrow. Your video is honestly the best I have found to help guide myself and other people who are new to the gym. I'm going to use your workout and modified just little. Wish me luck in my journey to a healthier happier me.
